Southern Plants is looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Dromana — one of the most highly regarded wholesale nurseries in Victoria.In this role, you'll lead and develop our dispatch team, ensuring plant orders are prepared, loaded, and dispatched accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll work closely with our Dispatch Manager and play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly every day.This is a truly hands-on supervisory role — you'll be working alongside your team in the dispatch area, getting involved in preparing and dispatching orders as well as leading the team.What you'll be doingLeading, mentoring, and motivating the dispatch teamPlanning and coordinating daily dispatch operationsEnsuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and in fullEnsuring trucks are loaded safely and depart on scheduleOverseeing quality standards — ensuring plants are dispatch-readyAssisting with paperwork, delivery documentation, and stock movementsLiaising with production, sales, and transport providersMaintaining a protected, clean,
