We are looking for a passionate, reliable and detail-focused Florist / Floral production crew to join our in-store floral team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves flowers, takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, hands‐on environment where quality, presentation and customer experience matter.About the RoleInitially, this is a 4-day-per-week casual position, with opportunities for additional hours during our busiest seasonal periods.You'll be an important part of our daily floral production, helping ensure every order that leaves MR ROSES is fresh, beautifully presented and prepared to our high standards.Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:Receiving fresh flower product and preparing flowers for productionMoving flowers between cold storage and production areasPreparing flowers and ensuring they meet our freshness and quality standardsPreparing and packing customer orders according to MR ROSES design guidesAssisting with inventory control and stock management to minimise waste and maintain availabilityMeeting daily production and quality targetsDemonstrating strong knowledge of our products and servicesBooking and coordinating courier driversMaintaining a clean,



organised and secure studio environmentWorking efficiently to meet time-sensitive production and delivery requirementsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work.You'll ideally have:Some previous experience handling flowers or working in floristryA genuine passion for flowers and beautiful presentationExcellent attention to detail and high personal standardsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence working with stock, orders and time‐sensitive logisticsSound computer skills and experience using a MacThe ability to work efficiently and independently while following established processes and industry standardsA positive, can‐do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever neededA strong team mentality and pride in keeping a clean, safe and well‐run studioWhat Makes You Stand Out?
