Arch-System Fabrication Pty Ltd – Vineyard NSWArch System Fabrication Pty LtdVineyard, Richmond & Hawkesbury NSWFull-timeCompetitive salary – Negotiable based on experienceAbout the RoleArch System Fabrication Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator – Commercial Aluminium Windows & Doors to join our team in Vineyard, NSW.This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with experience in commercial aluminium windows and doors, glazing, façades or a related construction trade who is looking to join an established company and work across a diverse range of commercial projects.You will play an important role in the tendering and estimating process, reviewing architectural drawings and specifications, completing accurate take-offs, preparing quotations and helping identify the most suitable aluminium, glass and hardware solutions for each project.You will work closely with our Director, Project Managers, suppliers and other members of the team from tender stage through to project handover.What You'll Be DoingReview architectural drawings, specifications, window and door schedules and tender documentationPrepare accurate estimates for commercial aluminium windows, doors and glazing packagesComplete detailed material, glass, hardware and labour take-offsReview project requirements and select appropriate aluminium window and door systemsObtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricingPrepare detailed quotations, tender submissions and pricing breakdownsIdentify exclusions, qualifications, discrepancies, potential variations and project risks during the tender processLiaise with builders, architects, suppliers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to clarify project requirementsAssist with value engineering and alternative product or system recommendations where appropriateReview glass, hardware,



finishes and other project-specific requirementsAssist with variation pricing for awarded projects where requiredProvide clear estimating handovers to the project team following successful tendersMaintain accurate estimating records, supplier pricing and project documentationAssist with drafting and technical documentation where requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to confidently interpret construction documentation.Ideally, you will have:Previous estimating experience within commercial aluminium windows and doors, glazing, façades or a closely related construction industryStrong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, window schedules and construction documentationGood understanding of aluminium window and door systems, glass, hardware and finishesExperience completing material take-offs and preparing detailed construction estimatesStrong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood commercial awareness and understanding of project costs and marginsAbility to identify discrepancies, missing information and potential project risksStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlinesConfident written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider teamGood computer and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with LogiKal,
