Brasserie Bread is seeking a casual Bakery Production Assistant for the Afternoon Shift (10:00am–8:00pm).
You will produce high‐quality artisan breads and pastries, including sourdough and croissants, working with our production teams to ensure consistency and excellence.The role requires 1–2 years of production or food manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform under pressure in a rapid-paced setting.
