We are currently assisting a high-profile Federal Government agency to engage highly organised and motivated APS 4 Claims Support Officer to work from their Brisbane based office.The successful candidates will have extensive previous experience and motivated in autonomously managing the following responsibilities on a daily basis:Lead and manage complex claims processesReport to team leaders, ensuring compliance with legislation and Commonwealth policiesEffectively manage relationships with stakeholdersApply compliance tools to complex casesPrepare concise advice to support compliance outcomesTo be a contender for these roles, you will have:A robust background in case managementThe ability to work independently to deliver quality outcomesAbility to produce work requiring no revision prior to finalisationOutstanding judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Please also note that these roles require you to:Hold Australian CitizenshipHave the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security ClearanceThese interesting opportunities will commence later this month on long-term labour hire contracts.
