You'll need to be confident with the fundamentals, enjoy working with fresh ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.This is a casual position, with flexibility across the week and weekend availability essential.Your RolePrepare and assemble dishes efficiently and consistentlyConfidently work across the grill and other kitchen sectionsComplete daily food preparation and mise en placeDemonstrate strong knife skills, including preparation and choppingMaintain quality, presentation and consistency throughout serviceFollow HACCP, food safety and hygiene requirementsMaintain a clean,
