You will build strong relationships with residents, families and Care Staff while supporting your team to deliver services that promote resident choice, dignity, quality of life and a strong sense of home, in accordance with our values.What you will do:Lead, coordinate and support the Cleaning and Laundry team to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to a high standardMonitor cleaning and laundry services, schedules and audits,



ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational requirementsProvide effective communication, guidance and support to team members, including training, competency and performance monitoringEnsure cleaning and laundry services contribute to a positive resident experience and a safe, clean and welcoming sense of homeWork closely with the Residential Services Manager to monitor service delivery, quality outcomes and cleaning and laundry expenditureEnsure required documentation, reporting and quality improvement activities are completed accurately and within required timeframesMaintain effective stock, equipment and laundry processes, ensuring the team has the resources required to deliver high-quality servicesWhy Join Us?
