and you can grow with the businessCompetitive wage – plus allowances and overtimeWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer machinery (asphalt or civil experience highly regarded)White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence an advantage)Ability to assist the crew with general asphalt and labouring tasks when requiredSound knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, and asphalt processesStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a teamRelevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantageWhat You'll Do:Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer safely and efficiently across asphalt and civil works projectsLoad, spread, and level asphalt and materialsPerform pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipmentAssist the crew with general site and asphalt works when neededFollow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environmentThis is a great prospect for a skilled operator who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career with a company that cares about its people and the community it works in.Jet Black Pavements – Your Road Home.
