The client support and relationship-building role supports healthcare clients by assisting with workforce coordination, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring service quality, and helping resolve day-to-day staffing issues.
The role works closely with recruiters, schedulers, and senior account managers to ensure client needs are met and shifts are filled effectively.Key responsibilitiesAct as a day-to-day contact for allocated clientsBuild positive relationships with facility managers and rostering coordinatorsRespond to client enquiries and staffing requestsEscalate complex issues to the Senior Account Manager or Operations ManagerAssist with client onboarding and service reviewsLiaise with recruitment and rostering teams to fill shiftsMonitor open shifts and assist with workforce coverageCommunicate staffing updates to clientsSupport the management of urgent staffing requestsMaintain accurate CRM and client recordsAbout you1–2 years' experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, healthcare, or labour hireStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and time managementAbility to multitask in a quick-paced environmentConfident building relationships over the phone and in personSolutions-focused and able to remain calm under pressure
