Project Manager - Aged Care / Retirement LivingMelbourne |$50M Project | Permanent OpportunityThe OpportunityWe are working with a highly regarded Melbourne construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a significant $45M-$50M aged care and retirement living project.The project forms part of aRetirement Village, aged care and retirement developmentThis is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with genuine aged care / retirement living experience who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with clients and consultants, and taking ownership of project delivery from the front.The Project$45M-$50M construction packageLarge-scale aged care / retirement living developmentLocated in Eastern suburbsLive/operational site environmentSignificant stakeholder and client interactionHigh-quality construction with strong emphasis on finishes, quality and deliveryOpportunity to work alongside senior leadership and an experienced project teamThe RoleLeading the project from pre-construction through to completionManaging the project team and coordinating site operationsMaintaining solid client and stakeholder relationshipsManaging project programme, budget, quality and commercial outcomesOverseeing procurement and subcontractor engagementManaging design coordination and resolving construction issuesReviewing project documentation, drawings and specificationsManaging variations, RFIs, EOTs and contractual mattersMonitoring project costs,
