First National Real Estate Neilson Partners is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate/Consultant to join the team in a full‐time, office‐based role.
This opportunity would suit an established salesperson looking to grow within a respected local agency, or an emerging real estate associate who can demonstrate strong sales ability, initiative and a genuine commitment to developing a long‐term career in the industry.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, listing and selling property, and supporting buyers and sellers throughout the complete sales process.
Option to work across Narre Warren, Berwick or Officer/Pakenham.Key responsibilitiesProspecting for current business and building a sustainable pipelineDeveloping and maintaining relationships with prospective sellers, buyers and local property ownersConducting property appraisals and listing presentationsSecuring and managing residential property listingsCoordinating sales campaigns in collaboration with administration and marketing teamsConducting open homes, private inspections and buyer appointmentsNegotiating offers and guiding clients from initial enquiry through to settlementMaintaining accurate client and property records within the agency CRMKeeping clients informed through consistent, professional communicationRepresenting the First National Neilson Partners brand professionally within the local communityAbout youProven sales, prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA professional, ethical and client-focused approachThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a teamStrong organisation,
