This is a project-focused role where you'll work across network implementations, upgrades and customer environments, supporting both standalone projects and larger programs of work.
This Network Engineer role can be located in Melbourne,



Sydney or Brisbane and reports directly to the Head of Technology Solutions.You'll collaborate with experienced senior engineers, project managers, customers and vendors to design, deploy and optimise network environments.
If you enjoy variety, customer interaction and hands‐on project delivery rather than day-to-day operational support, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while working in complex enterprise environments.Scope of the role includes:Deliver network infrastructure projects across enterprise customer environmentsAssist with the design, implementation and testing of networking solutionsSupport senior engineers on large-scale customer engagementsConsult with customers to understand technical and business requirementsConfigure and deploy routing, switching, wireless and security technologiesProduce high-quality technical documentation and project deliverablesCollaborate with project managers, vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesProvide technical guidance and support during project transitions to operational teamsAbout YouYou're a customer-focused network engineer who enjoys working directly with clients and building strong professional relationships.
You can confidently explain technical concepts in plain language and know how to balance both solid technical expertise with a great customer experience.You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities across different projects.

learning from experienced specialists and contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.Key skills and experience include:Experience delivering network implementation projects within a Managed Services ProviderStrong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking and network securityExperience with technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto or similar enterprise platformsAbility to support the design, deployment and troubleshooting of network solutionsExperience working across multiple customer projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong documentation, stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilityRelevant vendor certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE, Aruba or equivalentWhat's In It For YouWe believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
