You will be based in Lismore, NSW, and will work on‐site with our team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting experienced telecommunications technicians with the installation and setup of telecommunications, security and audio visual equipmentLearning and applying proper cable management, testing and certification proceduresSupporting the maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunications, security and audio visual infrastructureConducting routine inspections and safety checks on telecommunications, security and audio visual systemsFollowing health and safety protocols and best practices on all job sitesMaintaining accurate records and documentation of work completedContributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues when requiredCompleting formal training modules as part of your apprenticeshipWhat We're Looking ForSchool leaver or equivalent qualification (Year 10 or above preferred)Strong interest in telecommunications and technology systemsExcellent problem‐solving and analytical skillsManual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work safely and follow health and safety guidelinesGood communication and teamwork skillsReliability, punctuality and a willingness to learnA valid Australian driver's licence is highly desirable for travelling to job sitesPhysical fitness to perform hands‐on technical work and climb ladders or access equipmentNo prior experience necessary – full training providedWhat We OfferAt Dash Group, we are committed to developing our team members and investing in their future.
