With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are expanding our team.The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager or State Manager, the Work Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and driving the delivery of field-based works to meet client expectations, contractual requirements, KPIs and productivity targets.Acting as a key link between management, field crews, subcontractors and clients, you will coordinate resources and workloads, monitor progress, resolve operational issues and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.We are looking for someone who is more than just a scheduler – a proactive operational coordinator who can manage competing priorities, identify issues early and take ownership of getting things done.What You'll Be DoingCoordinate and schedule daily and forward works for field crews and subcontractorsAllocate work based on crew capability, location, priorities, client requirements and available resourcesMaintain visibility of workloads,



crew locations, capacity and work statusMonitor daily progress and proactively identify delays, constraints and resource requirementsAdjust schedules and resources as required to maintain productivity and meet client requirementsCoordinate mobilisation and demobilisation, including personnel, vehicles, plant, equipment, materials, travel, accommodation, training and site accessMaintain regular communication with field crews and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve operational issuesEnsure crews have the information, documentation, resources and materials required to complete scheduled worksMaintain accurate schedules, job files, work packs, project registers and operational recordsMonitor and report on project status, progress, productivity and performanceLiaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to support contract deliveryCoordinate training, licences, competencies and other compliance requirementsSupport onboarding and mobilisation of new team members and contractorsCoordinate fleet, plant, equipment and other operational resourcesParticipate in pre-starts, toolbox meetings and other frontline SHEQ activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve scheduling,



productivity and operational processesEssential CriteriaQualifications in Business, Project Administration, Operations Management, Office Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in project administration, scheduling, operational coordination, supervision or a similar roleExperience coordinating field-based teams, work programs or service delivery activitiesExperience scheduling and coordinating multiple crews and competing work prioritiesIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience using client scheduling, reporting or collaboration platformsCurrent National Police ClearanceValid Australian C Class Driver's LicenceAbility to travel to depots, worksites or other locations as requiredDemonstrated knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and commitment to safe work practicesDesirable CriteriaExperience in utilities, electrical maintenance, construction and/or resourcesQualification or experience in Asset Inspection and TestingExperience with EQL FMC or similar client scheduling platformsExperience coordinating fleet, plant and equipmentHR or MR Driver's LicenceWhite Card and First Aid CertificateExperience managing subcontractors and working within contractual KPIsApplications from recruitment agencies will not be considered.GenusPlus Group values diversity and inclusion, and we strongly encourage females, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.Where a large number of applications are received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
