As a Landscape Labourer, you will be instrumental in bringing outdoor spaces to life, working alongside our experienced team to deliver high‐quality landscaping solutions to our clients.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work, physical activity, and takes pride in creating beautiful gardens and landscapes.What you'll be doingAssisting with the preparation and maintenance of garden beds, lawns, and outdoor spacesOperating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectivelyDigging, planting, and mulching to establish current garden areasRemoving and disposing of garden waste, debris, and unwanted vegetationAssisting with the installation of hardscaping features such as pathways, edging, and retaining wallsPerforming general site tidying and cleanup at the end of each projectSupporting senior landscapers and team members with more complex landscaping tasksEnsuring all work is completed to the highest standards and meets client expectationsAdhering to health and safety protocols on all job sitesWhat we're looking forPhysical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in varying weather conditionsWillingness to learn and develop new skills in the landscaping industryAbility to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisorsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicBasic understanding of health and safety practices on construction and landscaping sitesA valid driver's licence is advantageousExperience with landscaping equipment and tools is preferred but not essential; training will be providedMust have own car and licence and construction safety cardWhat we offerScott Carson Landscapes is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
