Make a Real Difference - Join Us as an Experienced Personal Support WorkerAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced and reliable Personal Support Workers to join our team throughout Brisbane and Surrounds.In this role, you'll provide person-centred, high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including:PEG Feeding, Bladder Washout, STOMA, Peristeen and tracheostomy carePersonal Care and Hygiene including enemas and suppositoriesMobility and transfers using hoists, slide boards, and slide sheetsMonitoring health conditions, checking pressure areas, and assisting with medications.Your support will make a meaningful difference every day.What We're Looking ForWe want team members that are:Available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends, and public holidays.Experienced in Nursing, Aged Care, or Disability support,
