In this role, your success will depend on your technical knowledge and depth, as you will be a key person in the decision-making process,
collaborating with various individuals across different teams as and when required.Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to and provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients and your key role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:Lead, coach and advise a team of accountantsProvide a high-level business advisory perspective to clientsProvide oversight to ensure client solutions are robustAssist with the onboarding of new team membersSupport the Director for BS&T; where requiredSkills/Qualifications requiredBachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience is essentialCA or CPA qualified5-7 years' experience in chartered accountingAdvanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologiesExperience working within a client service environmentSound understanding of Accounting Practices and StandardsExceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a teamJoin a firm where great culture meets growth — learn, lead, and thrive with diverse clients and real development opportunities.
