This hands‐on role involves operating plant and equipment, supporting daily site activities, and maintaining a solid safety focus.Main ResponsibilitiesOperate plant, machinery, tools,



and vehicles as directedPerform labouring and general site duties as requiredParticipate in daily toolbox meetingsComplete daily pre-start checks on plant and equipmentCarry out basic maintenance in line with proceduresMonitor and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditionsEnsure unsafe equipment is tagged out and not usedFollow all Safe Work Procedures and site inductionsMaintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsCommunicate equipment issues or process concerns to managementAccurately clock in and out each shiftSupport site operations with additional duties as requiredWhat We OfferSupportive, team-focused work environmentStrong safety‐first cultureThe Successful Candidate WillHave previous experience in a similar roleHold relevant licences and tickets for machineryWork accurately and efficientlyBe proactive and show initiativeCommunicate clearly with all stakeholdersWork independently and as part of a teamStay calm and focused in busy environments
