Eastern Creek Smash Repairs is seeking a talented and experienced Motor Vehicle Spray Painter to join our team on a full-time basis.
Based in Arndell Park, NSW, this role is integral to the success of our well-established automotive repair business.
As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spray painting services for a range of vehicle makes and models.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and painting vehicle panels, bumpers and other components to the highest standardsStripping, sanding, and priming surfaces prior to application of paint finishesMixing paint colours to achieve precise colour matchingEnsuring all work meets industry regulations and safety standardsProviding exceptional customer service and liaising with clients throughout the repair processContributing to a cooperative team environment and supporting colleagues as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Vehicle Spray PainterStrong technical skills in automotive spray painting, including in-depth knowledge of paints, primers,



and application techniquesExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environmentGood communication and customer service skillsA positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the business
