Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) seeks an experienced Sales Enablement & Onboarding lead to accelerate BDM performance across APAC.
You will design onboarding, embed SPICED, and ensure access to content and tools at the right time across ANZ and Asia.
Collaborating with regional sales leaders, you will build scalable resources and maintain Sales content libraries in Salesforce and Highspot, driving consistency and measurable impact across the region.
