Thepurpose of this role is to provide leadership to, and be accountable for, theperformance of the day labour workforce and contractors that are responsiblefor the completion of construction projects on Council's transport andstormwater assets.
The Team Leader will ensure agreed specifications are met andwithin agreed timeframes, as directed by the Coordinator Transport Operations.About YouYou will have a minimum of 5+ years demonstrated experienceleading teams in operational activities in a construction workplace.
You willbe adept at using work management systems and have robust experience in workprioritisation.
