This is a pivotal role, supporting with the seamless opening of the boutique.
As a key ambassador of the brand within the market, Client Advisors are expected to embody the highest standards of professionalism, client service,
and sales excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional client service using the Blancpain sales ceremonySupport the team in achieving sales targetsBuild and maintain strong client and VIP relationshipsDevelop and maintain an accurate client databaseDrive sales conversion, client retention and repeat businessMaintain strong Blancpain brand and product knowledgeComplete daily stock counts and stock processing accuratelyMaintain boutique presentation, housekeeping and visual merchandising standardsOrganise and manage back-up stock, packaging and boutique materialsMaintain accurate CRM records and performance reportingAttend training and continuously develop product knowledgeContribute to a collaborative, high-performing boutique teamSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferredHighly developed and proven customer service and client relationship skillsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood computer literacy skillsGood time management skillsTeam playerImpeccable grooming and presentationVisual merchandising flairFull and flexible availabilityLuxury watch industry knowledge and experience an advantageJob Location: Sydney, Australia (Recent South Wales)Company Address: The Swatch Group (Australia) PTY.
