Launched in Australia in ****, GoBoat provides simple, sustainable electric boating experiences that allow people to explore their waterways with friends and family.GoBoat is now part of the d'Albora Marina network, Australia's leading marina group, providing opportunities to be part of a broader marine and boating environment.We are seeking a Crew member to join our team and support operations at GoBoat Isle of Capri, QLD.About the RoleAs a Crew member, you will help ensure our boats and facilities are ready for guests and support the team throughout the day.You will interact directly with customers, assist with vessel preparation and safety activities, and help keep our boats, dock and surrounding areas looking their best.This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn more about boating, tourism and customer service.The role operates across Monday to Sunday, with flexibility and availability to work weekends and rotating rosters required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with opening and closing the GoBoat locationPrepare and clean vessels ready for customer hireAssist the team with vessel safety briefings when requiredMaintain lifejackets, safety equipment and onboard itemsKeep the shopfront,



dock and storage areas clean and organisedProvide friendly and professional service to guestsHelp ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experienceMonitor customers on the water and assist when requiredWash down and clean vessels as scheduledMonitor fleet readiness and report damage or mechanical issuesAssist with securing vessels and correctly positioning fendersParticipate in pre‐departure safety checks under supervisionSupport the team in maintaining a safe working environmentThe ideal person we seek would have:A friendly, approachable and positive attitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to follow instructions and work independently when requiredGood attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organisedA willingness to learn and help wherever neededWhy Join GoBoat?
