We're looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor / Parts Salesperson to join our busy truck dealership team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in trucks, automotive, agricultural machinery, parts or mechanical service who enjoys working with customers and being part of a hands-on team.You'll be the link between our customers, workshop and parts department – helping keep trucks on the road and our customers moving.What you'll be doingBooking trucks in for servicing, repairs and maintenanceLiaising with customers regarding repairs, costs and expected completion timesPreparing job cards, quotes and invoicesKeeping customers updated throughout the repair processIdentifying, sourcing and selling truck partsHandling parts enquiries over the phone,



counter and emailOrdering and receipting stockWorking closely with technicians to ensure the correct parts are availableBuilding solid relationships with customers and suppliersHelping keep the workshop and parts department running smoothlyWhat we're looking forYou don't need to know everything on day one, but you'll ideally have:Experience in truck, automotive, diesel, agricultural or parts/service environmentsGood mechanical knowledge or an interest in heavy vehiclesStrong customer service and communication skillsConfidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phoneGood computer and administration skillsThe ability to stay organised when things get busyA positive, practical and team-focused attitudePrevious Service Advisor, Parts Interpreter or Parts Sales experience would be highly regarded.Why join us?
