As a Sleep Coach, you'll be the face of Resmed in our Kogarah clinic.
You'll create outstanding customer experiences while supporting people on their sleep health journey and contributing to the success of the clinic.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes the time to understand individual needs, and is motivated by achieving great outcomes for both customers and the business.

Your ability to listen, build trust, educate, and guide them towards the right solution will be central to your success.
You'll combine strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset,



helping customers find products and services that improve their sleep while contributing to clinic performance and growth.You Will Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phoneWelcome customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutionsSupport customers throughout their therapy journey with education and ongoing coachingAchieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine customer engagementFollow up with customers to build relationships and support successful therapy outcomesFit customers with masks and equipment following trainingMaintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanlinessManage stock levels and assist with inventory controlComplete product training and stay up to date on Resmed's solutionsProcess sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accuratelyMaintain and manage trial equipment used by customersContribute to the growth and success of the clinic through a proactive and team-focused approachAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines empathy with commercial confidence.
