We're looking for new Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team, working across TurBARlence Tavern,



in room dining & conferencing.What You'll Be DoingServing food and beverage to all guestsEnsure guest satisfaction and brand standards are maintainedEnsuring dockets are entered correctly and closed off into POS systemLiaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appealMaintain hygienic food service techniques at all timesMaintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily proceduresAssisting with stock control and room set upsQualificationsService focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beveragePrevious experience in a similar roleBarista Skills/experienceStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work as part of a teamHold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (able to obtain)Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidaysMust have current work rights in AustraliaAdditional InformationWith over 400 hotels in Australia and 5,000 across the globe, we provide:endless career development opportunitiesdiscounted hotel accommodation worldwidelearning programs through our Academies and the opportunity to earn qualifications while you work
