Residents enjoy premium accommodation with access to amenities such as an indoor pool, cinema, gym and the Lotus by Roshana restaurant.We are looking for Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team at Grandton Aged Care, in a Part Time capacity.About the RoleAs an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the wellbeing of our residents.
You will be a trusted presence on the floor - providing hands-on care, supporting your team, and building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about aged care.What You Will Be DoingDeliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care in line with care plansAdminister medications and treatments within scope of practiceMonitor, assess, and document residents' health conditions and report changes promptlySupport and guide care staff to ensure high standards of careBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary teamContribute to care planning and clinical documentationPromote residents' independence, dignity,
