An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Data Engineer to join a large, complex organisation and work across a mature enterprise data environment.This is a hands-on role combining data engineering, data warehousing and Power BI development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
You'll help enhance an established Data Warehouse environment, develop ETL solutions and deliver high-quality reporting and data solutions that support business decision-making.What you'll be doingEnhance and maintain a complex Data Warehouse environmentDevelop ETL solutions using SQL Server,



SSIS and Microsoft FabricBuild engaging and effective Power BI reportsDesign and implement semantic models and operational data storesAnalyse and improve ETL and reporting performanceWork closely with business SMEs to understand and refine data and reporting requirementsProvide technical advice across data engineering and business intelligenceWhat we're looking forYou'll be an experienced Data Engineer or BI Developer with a strong background in the Microsoft data and BI ecosystem.Ideally, you'll bring:Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS and/or SSRSExperience with Microsoft FabricSolid ETL development, workflow and data mapping experienceExtensive Data Warehouse development experienceUnderstanding of conceptual, logical and physical data modellingExperience translating business requirements into practical data and reporting solutionsWhy apply?
