Techforce Personnel are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a client to support their telecommunications and networks infrastructure projects.
This is a full time contract, hybrid role, with the office located at Cremorne and very close to Richmond Station.
This contract is offered initially to 31/12/2026, however, for the right candidate, this could lead to an extension or permanent position.Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this position will provide commercial support to Project teams enabling the delivery of commercial performance and compliance targets.
You will hit the ground running and be open to doing a variety of admin and commercial contractual tasks.
With a customer-centric mindset, you will manage commercial relationships and lead issues to resolution.
You will develop connections with internal and external teams to support the Telco and Network Business Units.Some key responsibilities include:being a commercial representative with supply chain and clientsdevising claim strategies regarding potential/imminent disputesproviding commercial support to project teams in the delivery of contracted projects and contractual obligationsdrive and improve management and admin of commercial contract policies, processes and procedureslead commercial negotiations regarding variations, claims and renewalscommercial risk identification and mitigationactive engagement with operational teamsensure statutory compliancelead strategic initiatives on revenue assurance to minimise revenue leakagefacilitate DOA approval processtimet and accurate onboarding of supply chain, including preparation and negotiation of supply chain contractsYou must have:commercial and contractual management experiencecommercial acumen and be able to drive results and financial impactan understanding of contract and construction law and project commercial administration systemsa proven track record in delivering commercial outcomes at an operational level5+ years' experience in commercial activitiesmust be an Australian Citizen and have a current Police CheckPrior commercial and contractual experience in Construction and Telecommunication would be highly desirable.Competitive pay rate depending on skills and experience.
