We are considering candidates from other states that may be open to a relocation to Sunny QLD!
Supporting a large estimating department this role will be responsible for the followingResponsibilities will include:Manage workflow across the Sales and Production teams.Lead Estimating team recruitment and performanceCreating master BOQ filesApproving purchase orders and extra orders to siteManage workflow across the deparmentContribute to procurement and pricing discussionsSkills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:5 years residential estimating experienceExperience in an Estimating Manager position or similar within a volume builderExceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholdersA focus on achieving targets and quality resultsRelevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regardedOpportunity and BenefitsWork for an employer of choiceAdditional company benefitsParking on site in state of the art office!
