You will foster independent living skills and empower your clients to make choices that lead to fulfilment and achievement of individual goals.We are looking for Disability Support Workers who have a vailability and flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts.What you'll doAs a Disability Support Worker in our Disability and Ageing teams, you'll:Assist clients in undertaking a range of activities of daily living including medication, personal & self-care, food preparation & mealtime assistance, dressing & maintenance of personal hygienePromote development and maintenance of independent living skillsReceipt and maintenance of written records in accordance with guidelines including- medical records, health and safety concerns,
