Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience in an inbound call centre workplace representing the first impression of the SG Fleet Group.
Qualifying inbound enquiries and direct them to the appropriate business units with a friendly, helpful manner.
The team is the first point of contact for prospective sales enquiries along with customers who have placed an order and works closely with Novated sales and Operations.Job RequirementsExcellent communication both verbal and writtenHighly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasksComputer literacy with basic administration skillsCustomer service experience desirable, preferably gained in a call centre environment with a sales focusExperience in Microsoft Office Suite including excelJob ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries received via phone and emailDirect the day-to-day customer enquiries with relevant record keeping, assigning action and follow through,
