With new venues on the horizon and continued growth ahead, we're creating even more opportunities for our people to develop, progress and build rewarding careers with us.The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join the talented kitchen team at SK Steak & Oyster.This is a hands‐on role for a chef who takes pride in creating beautifully executed desserts and pastry items, with a solid focus on quality, consistency and presentation.The hours are predominantly mornings and will include weekend work and occasional evening, offering a great opportunity for a pastry chef who enjoys early starts and being part of a professional, high‐performing kitchen.Your RoleAs Pastry Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry and dessert preparation while maintaining the premium standards SK Steak & Oyster is known for.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and producing high‐quality desserts, pastries and pastry componentsEnsuring exceptional presentation, flavour and consistencyCompleting daily preparation and mise en placeMaintaining the highest standards of quality across all pastry productionWorking with premium produce and quality seasonal ingredientsManaging your section to ensure it is organised,
