This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is ready to step up and take ownership when required.Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited ToManage daily park operations and attend to after-hours callouts when requiredOversee guest check-ins, reservations, accounts and general reception operationsAssist with budgeting, revenue management and cost control to support the park's financial performanceDeliver an exceptional guest experience, responding to enquiries,
feedback and reviewsSupport, coach and motivate the team, contributing to a positive and productive workplaceStep up and lead park operations in the Manager's absenceAssist with marketing initiatives to attract new guests and showcase the park's unique lakeside locationBuild positive relationships with guests, local businesses, the community and key stakeholdersWork collaboratively with the wider G'day Group network, including nearby Discovery Parks, to share resources, knowledge and support where requiredAssist across the park as needed, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring the property operates to a high standardAbout YouWe're looking for a superstar individual who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a hands-on environment and can help drive the smooth and successful operation of the park.
You'll be a confident leader who can step up and take charge in the Manager's absence, while supporting the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience.Skills And Experience IncludeProven experience in hospitality, accommodation or caravan park operationsStrong people leadership skills, with a focus on training, development and creating a positive team cultureSound financial understanding, with experience assisting with budgets, revenue and cost controlTech savvy, with experience using RMS,
