If you're passionate and capable, we want to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Communications Assistant, you'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and supporting telecommunications networks across multiple major clients, including carrier and utility infrastructure.Working as part of a crew (and occasionally independently), you'll contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes across a variety of field-based projects involving fibre, HFC, civil, and network infrastructure.This role suits someone who enjoys hands‐on work, thrives outdoors, and takes pride in being part of essential infrastructure delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and decommission telecommunications networks across fibre, HFC and civil infrastructureWork across multiple project types and clients including major carriers and utilitiesInterpret construction plans, diagrams,



and work packsPerform installation, hauling, and placement of cables in pits, ducts, and aerial environmentsComplete pre-start checks and maintain plant and equipmentParticipate in site safety initiatives and toolbox talksComplete job documentation and work order updatesWork collaboratively with team members and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a team and contributing to essential infrastructure projects.EssentialCurrent Driver's LicenseConstruction White CardWilling to work on an on-call roster, including planned night worksHighly RegardedMR/HR Truck LicenseEWP >13m or similar certificationsExperience working on carrier networksFirst Aid or other safety certificationsA Role for EveryoneWhy Join Us?
