As a Warehouse Operator, you'll report to the Warehouse Team Leaders and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products to meet business operations and customer demand.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, and process distribution orders to meet daily delivery schedulesSafely receive, store, and dispatch stock in line with warehouse proceduresOperate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organise stock efficientlyUnload containers and support customer interactions as requiredMaintain a clean, safe,



and well‐organised warehouse environment in line with WHS standardsComplete manual handling tasks safely and correctlyParticipate in cycle counts and stocktakes to support inventory accuracyWork closely with team members to ensure smooth daily warehouse operationsWhat you will bring to the roleA valid Forklift Licence with 2+ years' experience in counterbalance and high‐reach operationA strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS requirementsGood communication skills and a team‐focused approachA methodical, accurate work style with good numeracy skillsBasic IT skills and confidence completing paperwork and stock countsUnderstanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods handlingFlexibility to support different warehouse tasks as neededStrong attention to detail and a positive, can‐do attitudeDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat we can offerBenefitsEarly finish on Fridays!
