If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a skilled and welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you.We are currently seeking a Enrolled Nurse to join our team for 3-4 days a week and be available to cover sick and annual leave when required.As a Enrolled Nurse at Singleton Heights Medical Practice, within our busy Treatment room you will be responsible for:Administering medications, iron infusions, Aclasta Infusions.Immunisations : NIP, Travel, Yellow fever, CovidAssisting Gp's with minor skin procedures and dressingsCare of Pregnant patients both antenatal and post-natal care check upsPerforming medicals - Workplace, Insurance, SportingPerform ECG's, ABIM's, ABI's, Spirometry and pathology collection (blood collection not essential)Assist with triage, data management, diagnostic services, networking with other providers, planning & management of patient care and patient advocacy.
Telephone patients with test results as directed by GP'sPerform chronic disease management, including monitoring patients with diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions.
Mental Health Treatment plans preparationEnsure sterilisation and maintenance of clinical equipment.
Maintain stocks of clinical supplies,



including correct storage (such as refrigeration)Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data collection for quality improvement initiatives.Supporting GPs.
Collaborating with administration and management to ensure efficient clinic operations and delivery of high-quality patient care.Act within the practice and nursing code of ethics & appropriate level of clinical competence at all times.
Maintain awareness of current evidence and research on clinical practices and inform/educate other practice staff.
