In this role, you will support a Partner and a team of lawyers, while also providing support to other stakeholders across the business as required.This is a varied and hands-on role suited to a career PA who enjoys building strong relationships, staying organised and delivering high-quality support in a busy professional services environment.ResponsibilitiesCore administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, file management and management of internal and external communicationsBilling and financial administration including monthly billing support, expense management, client reporting and coordination of outstanding invoicesLitigation and disputes support including document preparation, formatting and amendment, creation of templates and court-related documentation, management of key deadlines and general matter administrationPreparation and formatting of documents and presentations across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelTeam support including proactively anticipating needs, coordinating workflows, providing coverage support when required and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the firmRequirementsPrior experience as a Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant within a law firm or professional services environmentExposure to litigation, disputes or broader legal practice areas is advantageous,
with an understanding of litigation processes and court documentation highly regardedExcellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when preparing and formatting documentsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomouslyPrevious experience supporting billing processes and working with financial systems is preferableHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with strong document formatting skillsWillingness to attend the office for a minimum of four days per weekA proactive, cooperative and client-focused approach, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality supportWhy NRF?
