We are looking for a Finance Manager Manufacturing to lead day-to-day transactional financial activities, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements across manufacturing operations.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Yatala.ResponsibilitiesPrepare month-end balance sheet reconciliationsComplete the monthly local executive reporting pack and monthly Belgium business reportingOversee capital expenditure planning and trackingOversee inventory accounting and valuationManage obsolete and slow-moving inventory provisions to improve inventory turnover and working capitalProvide monthly reporting for decision making – with the assistance of the business AnalystWork collaboratively with the finance team to ensure month end is completed in a timely mannerQuarterly & YearlyAssist in tax compliance and regulatory standardsLead final year end accounts and annual auditEnsure accuracy via cycle counts and annual stock takesComplete forecast and budgeting process with Finance Director OceaniaPlant Controlling & Manufacturing FinanceDevelop and maintain standard costing modelsPerform and maintain variance analysis (material, labour, overhead)Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap,
