As the mining services contractor for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, we're proud to provide stable employment, invest in our people, and support regional Queensland communities.Our primary recruitment hubs are Townsville and Rockhampton, however we welcome applications from candidates across regional Queensland.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team on a permanent 7/7 rotating day and night roster.Reporting into the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll provide frontline leadership to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard while supporting fleet reliability and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel in a safe,



productive environmentCoordinate planned and breakdown maintenance activities across the fleetEnsure work is completed safely, on schedule and within budgetPromote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and complianceComplete maintenance reporting, documentation and daily work management activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and workshop performanceBuild robust working relationships across maintenance and operations teamsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Australian recognised Trade Qualification (Diesel Fitter or equivalent)Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within a mining environmentDemonstrated commitment to safety leadership and team developmentCurrent Mining Supervisor G1, G8 & G9 (formerly S1, S2 & S3)Current G2 - Carry Out the Risk Management Process (RIIRIS402D)Current Standard 11 (or ability to obtain)Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)Current Queensland Driver LicenceWhy Join MacKellar?
