The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the day to day running of Mine Management Services whilst being the key customer liaison representative on site.

What you'll be responsible for
Making sure Compliance with sites SHMES systems and leadership with safety.Personnel and task management and all relevant Waste management areas.Daily allocation of drivers, trucks and management of yard functionsPreparation of run-sheets, debriefing drivers and fatigue managementConduct Inductions,



training and toolbox talksCompliance with all relevant health and safety legislationRaise purchase orders for all supplied and maintenance repairs as requiredTimely and accurate reporting of incidents and investigation outcomesStewardship of cultural change throughout the stream to enhance safety, customer service standard and relations; and optimise and promote exceptional customer service
