Site Manager – Residential Construction Eastern Suburbs | Projects up to $20M | $180K + SuperThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential construction team delivering high-quality projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, with project values of up to $20 million.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Managing all site activities from commencement through to completionLeading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnelManaging programme, sequencing and daily site operationsMaintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanshipCoordinating with Project Managers, consultants, architects and clientsMonitoring site costs, variations and resourcesManaging inspections,
