You'll manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, from repairs to general handyperson work, while engaging positively with residents.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background or strong domestic maintenance experience, who is friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others.Your ImpactCompleting general repairs and handyperson tasks such as painting, picture hanging and light replacementsPerforming small plumbing maintenance,
