Trainee Officers (TOs) spend 3–4 years there combining military training with a UNSW degree.
This mix of academic and military life gives unusual openness to the gospel among young men and women who will become the Defence Force's future leaders.Role:Joins an AFES-affiliate team of 1 full-time + 3 part-time staff.Responsibilities:One-to-one and small group gospel conversations & bible studiesWriting/leading Bible studies and training coursesMentoring TOs, integrating them into local churchesCamps and conferencesAbout FOCUS Military MinistryFOCUS is a non-profit evangelical ministry which employs and supports staff to lead ministry activities on ADF training bases, with the vision that every person joining the ADF has the prospect to know the Lord Jesus Christ.
