Southern Plants in Dromana on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula is seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead our dispatch team in a quick-paced wholesale nursery.
You will plan daily dispatch operations, ensure orders are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched on time and in full, and drive safety, quality and teamwork through a hands-on leadership approach.
This role partners with production, sales and transport to keep our operation running smoothly every day.
