coach and develop a team of Employment ConsultantsDrive participant engagement, caseload performance, job placements and sustainable employment outcomesMonitor branch performance against contractual KPIs, targets and compliance requirementsUse performance data and reporting to identify gaps and drive continuous improvementBuild strong employer and community partnerships to create employment opportunitiesConduct regular coaching, performance reviews and case management reviewsCreate a culture of accountability, high performance and exceptional participant serviceOversee the day-to-day operational performance of the branchAbout YouPrevious experience in Employment Services, Workforce Australia, Transition to Work or a similar programProven experience leading and coaching a KPI-driven teamStrong employer engagement and stakeholder management skillsA hands-on, accountable and solutions-focused leadership style
