Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) is seeking a pragmatic Membership Manager to lead member services, program delivery and member support across a diverse Victoria tourism and lifestyle sector.
You will build solid member relationships, drive onboarding, renewals and engagement while coordinating accreditation, training and contractor delivery.
A small team will report to this role, with close collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Events.
