Monadelphous is looking for a boilermaker/welder apprentice to join our Kalgoorlie branch, starting in December ****.
During your 4-year apprenticeship, you will work from the Kalgoorlie workshop, combining paid work with practical hands-on training alongside experienced tradespeople.
You will receive strong support throughout your apprenticeship, working towards achieving your trade certificate and potential long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:
Comply with responsibilities in relation to the terms of the training contract as an apprenticeComplete a qualification in Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade while working a full time capacityDevelop skills under the supervision of different experienced supervisorsAssist in fabrication and interpret drawingWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamLearn to perform various techniques and meet quality standardsFollow workplace safety procedures and proactively identify and report potential hazards

Solid interest and commitment to an apprenticeship in your chosen fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's licence and/or reliable transportation to and from workProof of right to work in AustraliaReside locally in the Kalgoorlie areaPre-Apprenticeship (Certificate II in Engineering) beneficial but not essential
