Product Designer – Client ExperienceSydney CBD | Product & TechnologyDesign the end-to-end experience advertisers use to plan, buy and manage campaigns on a sophisticated self-service platform.This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to join a dedicated Client Experience squad and take ownership of complex customer journeys across a high-profile digital product.The role will suit someone who enjoys simplifying difficult workflows, getting close to users and taking ideas from discovery through to polished, high-quality UI.What you'll be doingOwn end-to-end UX and UI across key client-facing campaign management experiencesMap complex journeys and identify opportunities to improve usability, self-service and time-to-valueLead user research, including interviews, usability testing and discoveryUse behavioural analytics and experimentation to inform design decisionsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfacesWork closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through to deliveryBalance customer needs, technical constraints and commercial outcomesHelp shape product direction by advocating for improvements that increase adoption and engagementWhat we're looking forYou'll likely bring 5-7+ years of product design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of complex digital products.Ideally,
you'll have:Solid end-to-end UX and UI capabilityExperience designing complex SaaS, enterprise or platform productsExcellent interaction design and visual hierarchy skillsHands-on qualitative research experienceConfidence using analytics or experimentation to support design decisionsStrong prototyping and journey-mapping skillsExperience working closely with product and engineering teamsThe ability to simplify complex workflows without losing important functionalityStrong stakeholder communication and a customer-focused mindsetExperience across MarTech, Ad-tech, retail media, eCommerce, fintech, marketplaces or complex B2B SaaS would be highly relevant.Direct retail media experience is advantageous, but not essential.Why consider it?
