About the role
The Administration Assistant is responsible for the provision of a confidential reception and administrative service across the Division of Allied Health
Key duties of the role
Provide an effective and efficient Administration Service to clients and clinicians
Uses high-level communication skills to identify the needs of people from various backgrounds
Provide scheduling and wait list management as part an integrated patient appointment booking service.
Participate in the review and continuous improvement of office systems.
Support and actively participate in a positive culture and secure work environment within the department.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in reception, secretarial and administrative support
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, word processing and data entry systems
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and provide courteous, confidential and empathetic service
Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
